SHOWTEK REMIX COMP
2009 is definitely the year of Dutch hard dance-act Showtek. After years of 100% dedication to their music, they have proven to be on top of their scene. Holland’s most important hard dance export-product is about to release their brand new album “Analogue Players In A Digital World” on 24th October 09 and start a huge world tour, which will lead the brotherhood of Janssen to all corners of the globe.
Trackitdown.net have exclusively teamed up with the legendary Dutch Master Works label to mark the release of “Analogue Players In A Digital World” by launching the first ever Showtek Remix Competition. Calling all budding bedroom producers and experienced professionals alike, here is your chance to remix the biggest producers in the hard dance world, the legends that brought us ‘FTS’, which claimed Best Track at the 2008 Hard Dance Awards and countless other speaker thrashing anthems.
The track to remix is as big as they come - the official anthem to a mammoth event in their home country. Classic Showtek, hard hitting sounds with a memorable spoken vocal that opens itself perfectly to be remixed.
Head straight to Trackitdown.net to download the pack which contains 15 FREE remix parts in WAV format. Including trademark FX stabs and percussion hits as well as the full vocal and cut FX processed parts. You then have till Monday 2nd November to submit your entry to Trackitdown. The entries will be judged by Showtek themselves and the DMW team. The winning remix will receive a digital release on Dutch Master Works along with £50 worth of sample packs from Trackitdown.net.

How to Enter:
1. Purchase and download the sample pack, which contains the free remix stems and original track
2. Send a link to your entry in 320k MP3 format to competitions@trackitdown.net with SHOWTEK in the subject title.
3. Deadline for entries is Monday 2nd November
Rules:
- Comp open to Trackitdown members only. If you’re not a member yet simply sign up.
- All "Showtek - Black" remix pack samples can be freely used in other productions but you must credit the source.
- Any competition entry submitted will remain the property of Dutch Master Works.
