Tiësto announces release Elements of Life World Tour DVD
After more than a year of entertaining the globe with his Elements of Life World Tour, Tiësto will release his long anticipated Elements of Life DVD with a full live registration recorded during his concert in the famous Parken Stadium in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The DVD, scheduled for the beginning of March 2008, covers over four hours of Tiësto's performance in Copenhagen and will be available in two different formats: as regular DVD and state of the art Blu Ray DVD with full DTS audio, both versions with surprising extras.

Since Tiësto's Elements of Life World Tour concerts are supported by a vast array of modern equipment, the venue for the DVD recording had to be large enough to handle the full scale of the show.

The Parken Stadium in Copenhagen, Denmark turned out to be an excellent location to shoot the footage for the DVD. With a little over 25,000 people attending the performance and enjoying the music of Tiësto, the atmosphere captured on video gives a fantastic impression of what the Elements of Life World Tour is all about.

Within a very short period of time more information on the DVD will be released.

werd sie mir auch sicher zulegen...nur bin ich doch etwas von der tracklist vorab entäuscht...

zum einen vermisse ich einige tracks aus den konzerten (zb. blueman group - no more heroes (tiesto remix) mit der genialen live einlage der bluemangroup selbst bei einigen konzerten der tour) auf die ich mich schon extrem gefreut habe und die bei der menge einen bleibenden eindruck hinterlassen haben....

zum zweiten sind mir doch "zu viele" von seinen nummern drauf...was zwar beim konzert auch der fall war (und dort auch gut), aber so geht find ich vieles vom flair des live events verlohren.

ich hoffe das zumindest die elementen gliederung beibehalten wurde, auch wenns im moment nicht unbedingt danach aussieht (denn dann wäre wohl carpe noctum viel weiter hinten da ja "fire" das letzte element war, oder?!)

alles in allem hoff ich mal das beste, aber ich erwarte mir nach der vö der tracklist nciht mehr allzuviel

Ist nun heute endliche angekommen, hab gerade angefangen zu schauen. Zum Glück ist der Schnitt nicht so extrem wie bei TIC II, aber trotzdem noch ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Was mir auch aufällt ist, dass es die 1. DVD ist wo Tiesto nur mehr mit CDs spielt

habs mir gleich am freitag beim saturn in der millenium city gekauft (respekt muss ich sagen...läuft im obergeschoß auf allen bildschirmen und hat nen gesonderten austellungsplatz gleich eim stiegenaufgang!)

schnitt muss ich dir wiedersprechen...is viel hektischer als bei der 2004er. stellenweise extrem gut synchron mit der musik...stellenweise kommen aber die (vorallem video-)effekte so ganz und gar net rüber.

alles andere lass ich mal...ein fazit interessiert aus erfahrung ja sowieso die wenigsten. nur soviel: wer nicht gleich am anfang entäuscht sein will schaut sich zuerst die dvd 2 an, vor allem die zweite stunde...da gehts echt ab!!!
